Tell us about your background?
For 4 years now I’m being part of this biginternational advertising agency as an art director.
Two years ago I come up with Noper as an alternative creative life to my daily job…a life in which I’m free of thinking and doing whatever I, the NOPER, like… and soon Noper will open an animation studio.
Have you had artistic studies and was it useful for you?
Yes I have, I’m actually still a student at the national art university here in bucharest, but the things they make us learn at the university doesn’t help me at all in my work. Everything I do, I’ve learned it by my self, experimenting, watching other people, surfing the web.
How would you explain your style of illustration?
Everything is the result of an experiment based on the main idea. I don’t think I have a personal style yet, I’m still doing everything that passes trough my mind…
What programs do you use to create your illustrations?
I use illustrator and photoshop and sometimes Corel painter…. but besides that I’m using classical media like pencils and paper, airbrush, inks and all this shit.
What are your creation processes?
First I come up with an idea, then sketch it mentally in my brain, and from that point the image could take an infinite number of forms, hapes…

Eu realmente tenho um par de estilos de trabalho, o meu trabalho altamente é mais influenciado pela arte tradicional, então há um lado mais comercial, que é favorecido pelo editorial, a publicação, o mercado da moda.
Eu me envolvi com ilustração há quatro anos atrás. Eu sou autodidata, não tenho nenhum grau (ou qualquer coisa perto disso), nem qualquer formação profissional.
Eu tento fazer desenhos caprichosos e abstratos. Eu acho que meu estilo é uma mistura louca de maneiras que o esforço acaba passando.
Jake Brewer é um designer e ilustrador Sul Africano que atualmente se emcontra em Londres.
Eu me formei em 2007 e fui trabalhar com design gráfico e motion desde então.
Tenho 24 anos. Nasci em Santos, uma pequena cidade na costa Brasileira. Estudei Design Multimídia no SENAC.
Eu cursei Publicidade na Universidade de Bauru. No meu primeiro ano eu comecei a entender o que era e que trabalharia para uma grande agência.

My name is Emma Geary aka Anarkitty. I am 30 years old and I live just outside of Belfast Northern Ireland. I have loved drawing since I was pretty young. Went to University and did a Ba(Hons) Degree in Art and design specialising in New Media.
Mopa is a graphic arts studio that believes in the good side of things. We share positive experiences and sensations in every project we design.
